• The hotel will charge a deposit equal to first night’s room and tax in late February for room reservations. If the credit card used to guarantee the room is different from the card to be used for the deposit, please provide the new number to SXSW Housing prior to February 5, otherwise we cannot guarantee the hotel will charge the new card number.
• Guests who no-show or cancel within 7 days of their scheduled arrival will forfeit their deposit. If a deposit has not been processed, the hotel will charge a penalty equal to the first night’s room and tax to the guest’s credit card.
